Thoreau drops a candy wrapper into the Street. The wind picks it up and gathers it together with more and more garbage until it has created the Garbage Monster - a horrible beast the size of King Kong! The monster chases Thoreau through the streets. There is panic everywhere. The army is called out to do battle with the monster, but they are unable to kill it. The monster sings a song called "Garbage Can Drive You Crazy". Thoreau wakes to find it is only a dream. But is it?
The "Kids" uncover the plot to burn the recycling center in their town and make it look like an accident.
